We're a small business based out of Nigeria and I have been so impressed with the service and customer support offered by Shopney. Before I signed up, I had A LOT of questions and Kyle patiently answered every single question for me. I was curious about whether our payment processor is compatible with the app and other context specific questions. When I finally signed up, I received so much support from Lara, who basically hand held me through the whole process and even designed our app for free! I am truly grateful for the support I received. It's not a joke when Shopney say that you can have your app ready in a matter of days/weeks. Ours will be ready in approximately 2 weeks pending the Developer account setup. By the way, I tried out other apps and the customer support I received was nowhere close to the support from Shopney. Launch was quick and easy, and the ongoing support has been nothing short of spectacular! After a few other mobile app builders we've tried, we have now tried Shopney. I have to say straight away: we are very fond of detail, everything has to be perfect. The design for sub collections could be slightly different for our case, as we have many sub collections we wanted to have narrower buttons than Shopney currently offers. We then contacted the support team, in my case Lara from Shopney was really helpful. The design of the sub collections cannot simply be changed, as this change would apply to all users, but she passed on the feedback. She was able to help us immediately with all other problems and the conversation was super relaxed and focused at the same time. Shopney also guides us through the path to the app launch with great tutorials and lots of illustrated explanations. It doesn't get any better than that! We can definitely recommend Shopney! :-)
