We used to use ZEN DESK.. and was a good system. But for what we need, WILLDESK is more than enough. Flexible, intuitive and with AI now, even better. Support staff is top notch.. all of them are professional and patient. Great all around company.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUPPORT TEAM! I subscribed to the Pro plan with WillDesk, expecting access to all premium features. However, since ChannelWill took over, I've noticed that these features are still not enabled. Although the ChannelWill support team has confirmed that I'm on the Pro plan, they mentioned it's the previous model and haven't activated the premium features. This situation is frustrating, and I'm quite dissatisfied with the response so far. App is good but the support team is not understanding.

Willdesk support teams are extremely patient and helpful. They've gone above and beyond suppporting the implementation of the app. They are affordable and reliable - recommended!

Grazie per la pazienza. l'Agente AI ha appreso da 14 siti web che gli ho dato in pasto e quindi in pochi minuti ne sapeva più di me che vendo questa merce da oltre 10 anni!!! TOP! Inoltre ringrazio Nona del servizio di Assistenza WillDesk. Ha avuto una pazienza infinita nell'assistermi. Sono un SuperBooooomer e quindi Nona ha dovuto in pratica settare tutto al mio posto, ma come lo volevo io...... Siamo stati in chat un bel po', abbiamo condiviso decine di screenshot ma ora è tutto perfetto e rimarrà così molto a lungo. GRAZIE WILLDESK GRAZIE NONA !!!

This app initially showed a lot of promise but did not last due to poor instructions and slow support.

J'ai récemment utilisé le service WD-Live Chat et j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'efficacité de l'équipe. Les agents étaient réactifs et ont rapidement résolu mon problème. Le chatbot, bien qu'utile pour les demandes basiques, manquait parfois de précision, mais le transfert vers un agent en direct a été rapide et fluide. Une excellente expérience globale avec leur helpdesk !

Highly recommend the other ones with high reviews charge you for everything and its harder to use them. Will Desk has been super easy to use and the support is amazing.

Mariadel, was an absolute joy to work with. She quickly fixed what I asked and needed assistance with and explained the process thoroughly. I appreciate this service desk platform.

I am speechless at how incredibly happy I am with the Helpdesk app (and the helpdesk behind it) from Willdesk. The helpdesk guides me with so much patience and attention. The app itself is very nice. Both in the free version and in the basic version, you can go a long way as a small business in offering service to your customers. Perhaps when my business starts running, I can go for the more advanced version. I miss one or two features (like the visitors log/ analytics ) that I would have liked to see, but perhaps it will be available in the future. Because what I have now, I find the most important and I have been looking for a long time. So highly recommended for small businesses. Special thanks to Mariadel and Kim, for all their help, patience and thinking along.

So the far the app is a bit easier to use compared to a previous app i was using and the customer support is brilliant and so helpful.
