HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SUPPORT TEAM! I subscribed to the Pro plan with WillDesk, expecting access to all premium features. However, since ChannelWill took over, I've noticed that these features are still not enabled. Although the ChannelWill support team has confirmed that I'm on the Pro plan, they mentioned it's the previous model and haven't activated the premium features. This situation is frustrating, and I'm quite dissatisfied with the response so far. App is good but the support team is not understanding.
