Peter, Josh, & Nathan helped us troubleshoot various issues and are truly so helpful and detail oriented! They're even adding our ideas to their future list of functionality features to develop which will add even more value to the app which is so greatly appreciated. Thanks to the entire Seal Team for always answering our questions! Only item/potential issue to plan for is that there currently isn't a chat bot for live support. Thus, you'll need to rely on email to resolve (thankfully the Team is very responsive). Otherwise, the app works great!

We are building out a new website on Shopify and will be using Seal Subscriptions App to manage one of our subscription-based products. I was so glad to find an app that is easy to use and has a lot of features that we did not have access to using our old website. With Seals, there is a lot you can customize and customers also have the ability to edit their information and subscription super easily. There were a few customizations that I wanted to make for our product and customer service was SO QUICK to respond! In less than 24 hours, those customizations were made. Over the course of setting up our site we tested several different subscription apps. In the end, Seal Subscription's functionality, support, pricing and UI were by far the best option. From a flexibility and engagement standpoint I don't think there's a better subscription app out there. If you're looking for a great app for subscriptions I highly recommend giving Seal Subscriptions a try.

Have been using Seal Subscriptions for well over a year and it is great. Works like a dream, has videos to help us get set up correctly. Have not needed customer service. Feel like if we dig further into it there are lots of features we need to use!

I was looking for a solution to a very specific subscription problem where I wanted to add 2 different products in the first month, and just one for the ongoing subscription. Seal solved this elegantly with their one-click checkout links. Now I have one less headache!

Just download the app and it looks good. It does what it intend to do. Customer service is very responsive.

ZERO PERCENT TRANSACTION FEES!!!!! That's EPIC! So far so good! Just had another app (Recharge) up their subscription rate for the app by $100/month, and that doesn't even count what they charge per transaction. Switched to Seal Subscriptions, and so far, I LOVE the features. So far, my migration over to this app has been fairly easy. My down time for offering subscriptions on my site was MINIMAL! I was surprised at how easily everything was set up. I'm beginning to breath again. Migrating to a new system is always stressful. This stress has been fairly short lived so far. Looking forward implementing ALL the features I can with Seal Subscriptions. :) Thank you! UPDATE: I was able to migrate to this new platform very easily. I chose to transfer my subscribers via the API option. It worked beautifully! Before this app, I was stuck with my customers having to manage their subscriptions through a separate login on my customer portal login page. Unfortunately, this was in small text below the login fields and EVERYONE would miss it. They would log into their accounts and expect to see their subscriptions there, but there was nothing to see. With Seal Subscriptions, this became a REALITY! YAY! NOW when customers go to the customer portal, they simply log in, and they see a button IN their account where they can check out their subscriptions! The only glitch I'm trying to figure out now is how they can manage their payment methods easily. I have written support about this and am looking forward to hearing back. As for EASE of managing subscriptions? AMAZING!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!! I have my customers accounts now set up where they can change the quantity of coffee bags, remove an item, add an item, pause their subscription, etc!!! I couldn't be happier!!! GREAT APP for businesses that are just getting started! This sets me up for success and growth far better! Thank you so much!!!

Automatic subscriptions work perfectly. I had a small issue with the widget display and the support center solved it right away. So far I like this option for the cost/benefit.

Seal is a great solution for your subscriptions at a great price. I don't think Shopify's native sub app is working very well yet, so for third party solutions, check this one out. I had some initial kinks to work out with it, but their customer support has been very helpful and handled those issues. I'm always down with apps that have decent support teams - it's becoming such a rarity these days to get good support for anything! Definitely check this out.
