Ejemplo tenemos un cupon de bienvenida, si el usuario agrega el cupón y ya tiene el regalo, al cliente se le cobra por el regalo (algo que el cliente nunca pidió puesto que es un regalo). Si hacemos lo que nos pide el servicio técnico los usuarios podrían agregar varios cupones a la vez y tener tantos beneficios que podrían causar perdidas al negocio.
