The team was extremely helpful in resolving the JavaScript conflict with another app and had a very quick turnaround time.

$30 for an app that constantly bugs is not exactly worth it, support hasn't fixed the issue completely (currently gives a temporary solution that sometimes doesn't even work) and my customers are often charge for the free gifts they add to cart. Just save your time, use a different app.

Eigentlich liebe ich die App und ihre Funktionen, auch der Support gibt alles und ist wirklich super, aber irgendwie habe ich immer Probleme wenn ich wieder eine neue Kampagne plane und etwas neues teste. Mag aber auch am Shop Setup liegen, so genau versteht das glaube ich keiner. Dank dem Support konnte ich auf jeden Fall trotzdem mein Free Gift Popup umsetzen. Allerdings kam das Problem stillschweigend zurück, was natürlich extrem verkaufsschädigend ist. Ich werde mich das nächste Mal nach einer anderen App umsehen.
