Great APP!!! Rozio is easy to train and is fairly intuitive even if no custom knowledge has been given to it. Great support and dev teams! I highly recommend it!

The email integration is smooth too everything shows up in one place. Setup was painless and it's been reliable since day one.

Finally, a chatbot that doesn't sound robotic! Took some time to get the custom instructions right but now it matches our tone perfectly. Customer love the order tracking widget they can see their package moving on the map which is pretty cool. Support answered my questions within a day which is reasonable. Solid app overall.

This thing pays for itself! Had three sales in the first week from late night customers that I would've missed otherwise. The 24/7 thing is no joke woke up to order notifications from people shopping at 2am. Interface is clean and doesn't slow down our site. Def recommend.

Since adding Rozio’s visual tracking, our customers instantly know where their package is, without needing to message us. The interactive map is super clear and shows the full delivery journey, which has drastically cut down on package tracking support tickets. It's made our lives easier and improved the customer experience. Very nice update!
