Customer love the order tracking widget they can see their package moving on the map which is pretty cool. Support answered my questions within a day which is reasonable. Solid app overall.

Since adding Rozio’s visual tracking, our customers instantly know where their package is, without needing to message us. The interactive map is super clear and shows the full delivery journey, which has drastically cut down on package tracking support tickets. It's made our lives easier and improved the customer experience. Very nice update!
