I have been using this app for years on my shop now and it has been simply amazing. It is the best reviews app I tried and because of that I have stuck with it for so long. I love the customizable features offered and how much you are able to do even on the free plan. I wanted this app to help upgrade my reviews and be able to automatically reach out to my customers for them once their order has been delivered. I reached out for assistance because I was initially having trouble fully integrating the new app and the customer support went above and beyond my expectations.
