You can customise it to suit your return process and all of the staff have been really helpful throughout. The aftercare support has been good too and they have been quick to help with any queries/teething issues that we have had. The onboarding process is super seamless and don't beat around the bush with your onboarding call, unlike other brands that mask their pricing till the end of the call. Rav was super helpful with onboarding set up and Chris from customer support provided fast solutions. Overall, highly recommend this app for those starting out, as their pricing is reasonable and customer support is outstanding!

Beware if you want to use this for the Amazon MCF integration that ReturnGo are advertising. The MCF integration does not work - full of bugs and errors, and has a severe limitation that it can't support more than one Amazon marketplace at a time. I have contacted support several times and they show zero interest in improving the MCF integration. The app may work well for other returns types, but not for this.
