This returns portal has been a great addition to our website. This is making the return process easier for staff and customers. You can customise it to suit your return process and all of the staff have been really helpful throughout. The aftercare support has been good too and they have been quick to help with any queries/teething issues that we have had. Their email replies to any queries feature detailed step by step instructions so that you can make the changes, meaning that you have a better understanding of how it works. Thank you ReturnGo!

The onboarding process is super seamless and don't beat around the bush with your onboarding call, unlike other brands that mask their pricing till the end of the call. Rav was super helpful with onboarding set up and Chris from customer support provided fast solutions. Overall, highly recommend this app for those starting out, as their pricing is reasonable and customer support is outstanding!

Beware if you want to use this for the Amazon MCF integration that ReturnGo are advertising. The MCF integration does not work - full of bugs and errors, and has a severe limitation that it can't support more than one Amazon marketplace at a time. I have contacted support several times and they show zero interest in improving the MCF integration. The app may work well for other returns types, but not for this.

We've had zero problems with this app since we installed in a few years ago. Very easy customer experience for our customers. When we want to make changes to our account or policies or shipping methods, they are happy to jump on a call with you and walk you through it. Mike was extremely helpful when i had to reach out for additional assistance. Would for sure recommend to brands small and larger.

Agent was very helpful. However, there are a few things that, as a store owner, I simply do not understand. Most important to me is that a gift can be exchanged for a credit. in your system, RMAs are set to be sent to the person who ordered the product. There needs to be an optiion for a gift recipient to request an RMA with the RMA being sent to them, not to the the person who sent them the gift. It is quite embarrassing for a giftee to be informed by the gifter that they received an RMA for a return on the gift they sent.
