App works OK. Interface is cumbersome for customers and they are forced to view elements during the return that we have disabled in admin. Make it confusing and misleading. Support was good when they replied, but had to reach out twice to get one question answered. We uninstalled and continue to look for a better option.

App recently installed, not used yet. Easy to install and excellent customer service! Adrien is very approachable and offers immediate solutions. If they don't exist for your needs yet, he thinks along with you and tries to get it sorted as soon as possible. For now, really great and highly recommended!
