Great customer experience. Always super responsive and helpful. We’ve had a great experience using Loop as our returns platform. The interface is clean and easy to navigate — both for our team and our customers. Setup was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions. It’s helped us streamline returns, reduce back-and-forth, and improve the overall post-purchase experience. Highly recommend!

Truly one of the worst onboarding experiences I've encountered. They don't hop on a call with you to review how to set up returns correctly. Their documentation isn't easy to follow. It takes too long to get your "onboarding specialist" to respond to your emails. It took us weeks to setup...and we still haven't correctly configured it. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

What can i say about Loop! You have transformed our retrurns game! Special shout out to Chica, Brooke and Ninthuga. Loop is not the cheapest solution on the market but you will not find better support. Feature packed and has helped us massively in terms of streamlining our returns process.
