I am extremely frustrated with Loop. We had our initial call and signed a contract with them nearly a month ago and we're nowhere near ready to go live. They say you get an 'onboarding specialist' but you don't. The platform is very confusing to set up and when you think you've done it right and test it, nothing worked correctly and you don't get any response from them. I emailed my specialist over 7 days ago and I've not heard back. I have no idea when they are back from Christmas as it's not on their site or auto email. We've given up and have set up a meeting with Prime Returns. Let's hope they're better!

Truly one of the worst onboarding experiences I've encountered. They don't hop on a call with you to review how to set up returns correctly. Their documentation isn't easy to follow. It takes too long to get your "onboarding specialist" to respond to your emails. It took us weeks to setup...and we still haven't correctly configured it. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Loop is a fantastic returns partner to our small business! We are able to e-mail Loop support with our queries and technical questions, they always get back to us quickly and go above and beyond, helping us to create the workflows and rules we need.
