It has cost $300 and a lot of time, and still is not live, nearly 2 months after starting the process *********AVOID******** don't get sucked in, look for better alternatives first

UPDATE: It has cost $150 a lot of time and still not live, nearly a month after initial app installation Avoid Had Sophie sell me the platform, and Emily as my onboarding It's been a week so far. I've paid and been charged, but the platform is still not live, and my requests for help seem to have gone unnoticed. Meanwhile, returns are building up. If anyone from Loop reads this, please help

We have had a great experience with Loop, its really smoothed out our returns processes and allowed us to offer so much more to our customers than just a return and refund. I would like to highlight the Loop customer service. We have several integrations running into Loop, the main one being Brightpearl. We recently had an integration issue we needed resolved and the team did a brilliant job in getting this sorted quickly for us while keeping us updated through the whole process and even checking in a week after the fix to make sure everything was still running as expected. Cannot recommend Loop enough.

Loop Returns and Exchanges work great with our Shopify store. I have received nothing by great customer service while they helped onboard us to the Offset program and anytime I have an issue they not only respond quickly but actually help and do things like pre-build the workflow for what I need vs just sending links for me to figure it out on my own. I highly recommend Loop.

I uninstalled this app and was told my subscription was cancelled, yet I’m still being charged. I’ve contacted support multiple times with barely any response. To make matters worse, I can’t even log in to my account because the one-time login code never arrives. There’s no way to manage billing or get proper help. Really disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend this app based on their lack of support and poor handling of cancellations.

We've had a positive experience working with Loop Returns, particularly when it comes to customer support. We recently needed assistance configuring return tags across multiple Shopify instances, and the process was handled quickly and clearly. Highlights: Responsive Support: Our inquiry was acknowledged and resolved within the same business day — a big plus when coordinating system-wide tagging. Tag Configuration: We wanted the "LoopExchange" tag applied to all exchange orders across five regional stores (DK, DE, SE, NO, EU). The support team confirmed the setup promptly and ensured it was deployed. Clear Communication: The representative (Ninthuga) explained how tagging works, including that the system already applies LE:Exchange to original orders that receive an exchange outcome. This level of transparency helped clarify things for us. ️ Value-Add: Being able to tag return and exchange orders systematically helps us keep warehouse processes clean and consistent — especially with RFID and stock separation in place. Overall, Loop continues to deliver on both platform functionality and reliable merchant support.

Terrible customer service and support. After using this app for a year we are trying to cancel and they handball you around different departments. There is literally no support or settings for cancelling your subscription.
