I've had a few times where i have contacted Loop for support, and i must say all the staff are super friendly and quick to resolve any issues. I have recently been in touch with Emma Pennington a few times, and she is brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is very patient and understanding too. I highly recommend Loop!

We've had a positive experience working with Loop Returns, particularly when it comes to customer support. We recently needed assistance configuring return tags across multiple Shopify instances, and the process was handled quickly and clearly. ✅ Highlights: Responsive Support: Our inquiry was acknowledged and resolved within the same business day — a big plus when coordinating system-wide tagging. Tag Configuration: We wanted the "LoopExchange" tag applied to all exchange orders across five regional stores (DK, DE, SE, NO, EU). The support team confirmed the setup promptly and ensured it was deployed. Clear Communication: The representative (Ninthuga) explained how tagging works, including that the system already applies LE:Exchange to original orders that receive an exchange outcome. This level of transparency helped clarify things for us. ️ Value-Add: Being able to tag return and exchange orders systematically helps us keep warehouse processes clean and consistent — especially with RFID and stock separation in place. Overall, Loop continues to deliver on both platform functionality and reliable merchant support.

I would say the customer service is the best part of working with Loop Returns. As a small business, you can feel like a jack of all trades but a master of none. pricing is incorrect. There is a tiering on the # of returns per year. Making the cost more than double. These guys don't want smaller merchants, that is obvious. Also incredible inefficient onboarding. You can't download and install their app, but need to receive a demo and talk to a sales person first before receiving an activation code.

Quick support and good functionality for returns, exchanges, incentive credit. Shopify/Loop needs a way to have their reconciliations match as it would be ideal for Shopify to be source of truth for net sales. Seems like a Shopify limitation.

Working with Loop has been one of the most seamless experiences. They have the most innovative and advanced return portal for our customers, and the ever-changing demands and requests of returns. There customer support team is fully-responsive, and always finds a solution, even in the most difficult of cases.
