pricing is incorrect. There is a tiering on the # of returns per year. Making the cost more than double. These guys don't want smaller merchants, that is obvious. Also incredible inefficient onboarding. You can't download and install their app, but need to receive a demo and talk to a sales person first before receiving an activation code.

Quick support and good functionality for returns, exchanges, incentive credit. Shopify/Loop needs a way to have their reconciliations match as it would be ideal for Shopify to be source of truth for net sales. Seems like a Shopify limitation.

Working with Loop has been one of the most seamless experiences. They have the most innovative and advanced return portal for our customers, and the ever-changing demands and requests of returns. There customer support team is fully-responsive, and always finds a solution, even in the most difficult of cases. They literally take care of everything, and they are the only return portal we recommend :)

The backend is easy to use but in your Shopify store it is confusing and difficult to distinguish returns from exchanges. It's clunky and difficult to use. It creates a second order which messes up your metrics when evaluating repeat customer rates, etc. To make matters worse, we canceled our service and deleted the app weeks back and still got charged for the following month. Customer service had been on several emails back and forth and have yet to refund our money and have provided nothing to substantiate taking our money for service that was not provided. Very poor customer experience and we recommend looking for another app.

Being in retail, we all know that excellent customer service is priority. The problem, of course, is when other companies do not share this same mentality. Such is not the the case with Loop Returns! Twice now, I have needed to reach out for immediate support and have received excellent and quick service. Highly reccomend!

I recently experienced outstanding service from the Loop Customer Support team during our transition to a new warehouse. We had to integrate our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Loop, and the support team was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process. Their response time was impressively quick, often under an hour, and they provided clear guidelines. Additionally, they conducted a thorough audit of our settings to ensure everything was configured correctly. I truly appreciate their dedication and the smooth support they provided during this critical time.

I've been using Loop for over a year and it's great. It has almost all of the functionality that I need (the one additional thing I need, no app has) and I've always gotten a quick response from support.
