I would recommend LOOP to other individuals and companies. We have been using Loop for over 2 years now and each year new updates are made that are very helpful and their support team is excellent. Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.

The app saves us a lot of headache when it comes to returns and exchanges. Selling under garments, we have a unique need for returns and the app has been able to help us handle that in many ways. Their support team has also been quick to respond when it comes to troubleshooting and issues. Nice to speak to a real person and get help when we need it.

Loop helps us to provide an automated process for our customers to process returns, exchanges and warranties, without waiting for reps to be live. I love that Loops links seamlessly with Shopify and their 'Shop Now' feature prompts customers to increase their spend with us when exchanging for new products. We are also always assisted by our Loop rep when needed.

*Edited review after resolution. I faced a lot of issues onboarding Loop, and it took over a month. But now it's up and running, and it's a helpful tool for our brand. I still feel support was lackluster until I really put the screws on them. But they figured it out eventually. Compared to what else is available, they're a top option.

We didn’t even get the chance to become Loop’s customer or fully test their system. After a phone meeting with one of their sales reps, we were promised a demo first thing Monday morning. However, two weeks passed with no word from them, and we had to reach out ourselves to get things moving again. When we finally received the demo, it was extremely limited, allowing us to test only a few functions. Despite clearly communicating multiple times that we needed access to all features for a proper evaluation, we were denied this access. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering we were told it would be possible. After dealing with their inattentive and dismissive customer service, we were eventually ghosted by their support. In the end, it became clear that Loop wasn’t interested in having us as a customer, despite our clear interest in their highest-tier plan. After wasting so much of our time, we decided it wasn’t worth pursuing them further. Their repeated lack of interest and poor engagement convinced us to look elsewhere.
