Just recently had a rare issue with our shipping labels generating and the support staff was able to locate and help us resolve the issue within days.

I love that Loops links seamlessly with Shopify and their 'Shop Now' feature prompts customers to increase their spend with us when exchanging for new products. Loop has earned its place as the industry leader for returns/exchanges/warranties. We've been using Loop for several years and it's always the app we have to worry the least about. It works as it should, the backend is user-friendly, the frontend is customer-friendly, and every time I've had a question their support team is prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

*Edited review after resolution. I faced a lot of issues onboarding Loop, and it took over a month. But now it's up and running, and it's a helpful tool for our brand. I still feel support was lackluster until I really put the screws on them. But they figured it out eventually. Compared to what else is available, they're a top option.
