I recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and have been searching for a return exchange portal that suits my businesses' returns policy. My key priority was to have it as flexible as possible for my customers to ensure that they have a smooth shopping experience (especially being able to exchange for OTHER products not just variants). I tested about 20 other apps via the Shopify App Store and all were either really limited in features or did not have the right support. I'm really happy to have come across Return Prime as their customer service is also top-notch. The reply to all my queries instantly and I know my customers will appreciate this portal. There are so many features you can customise on this to suit your store! Highly recommend to any ecommerce store who wants to give their customers choice in order to minimise refunds to original payment method.

Amazing customer service! Took me a while to get everything set up but the customer service team were instantly available and did everything I needed straight away. I have just installed Return Prime and was impressed with the ease of set up and support available. After using a much more expensive app that required extra $ to access additional functions, I am very happy with the price and functionality. The inclusions in the one price such as exchange for higher value items, customer incentivisation options and no limits on number of rules for returns and exchanges is great.

I have installed the app in order to test its features while selecting a return service for my customers. Then, already during the setup guide, the app automatically initiated a customer support chat (I wasn't even asked if I even wanted to talk to anyone yet, I literally just started looking into their app), then followed by sending me an email requesting store access, another email asking to continue the support chat, and then even spamming my phone. After all of that I didn't want to have anything to do with this app anymore, and simply uninstalled it. Seriously, don't push so much, it felt extremely intrusive :/

We have been using Return Prime for a while now and found it by far the best value for the pricing in the return solutions. We tried a few other solutions for Shopify but could not find anything that meets our requirements better. Any support question we had always got resolved very quickly and we are super happy that it connects not only with our Shopify store but also is integrated with our mobile app.

Return Prime was one of the first apps I installed when I set up my store 2 years ago. I probably only use 50% of it's capabilities, but it's been rock solid. It's easy to use, no customer complaints, and no-outages, so I don't have to stress about returns or exchanges. This is a great product. Highly recommend.

It has bunch of bugs - also support is very low 1) request are not moving automatically even after wonder bot setup is done properly (verified by return prime team) 2) have to keep following up for any issue reported by us , otherwise support team don't care 3)if seller raise return request manually from the backend if customer is unable to do so than none on returns rules applies (in actual rules should be same for every request - right?)

We have been using this app about 10month now, the live chat representative is always helpful and very quick! Since we don't do exchange, the procedure is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

I had high hopes because Return Prime promises a lot, and it priced well (although you need the most expensive plan to enable the features I wanted). This app is not developed to work well with the U.S. Postal Service, especially if you need to automate with tracking of returns. Other than USPS itself, none of the logistics carriers enabled can link to USPS tracking. Getting Return Priem to connect to my USPS business account (that I had to create) took days of communication back and forth with USPS. At this point, I feel like I am a beta tester for Return Prime. On the plus side, the customer service is very helpful. On the downside, you'll be talking to them almost every day. The app will work briefly, and then start having errors again. Either it can't generate labels, it can't collect payment from customers for exchanges or tracking of returns stops working. Based on the other reviews, it seems to work well for some people, but it was almost unusable for me with USPS.

We started using Return Prime a few months ago and has helped with customer returns. When something goes wrong I immediately ask the chat assistant and they always know what to do or help with the issue!
