Returns prime customer service are an amazing team, we have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response and they are always happy to help and get things changed super quick

By far this is the best app. to manage return & exchange on your store! The setup can be done so easily, and if you are not sure on some config or require help, the support team will assist on your concern right away. The app. also has an update from time to time in a good direction.

I highly recommend giving this app a spin if you are looking for a product return solution! It works great out of the box and has many integrations to choose from. We asked them to add an integration they didn't have listed and their team and ours were able to create a new one very quickly and it works amazingly well. Their support team is probably their best kept secret. Any question or problem I had, they were more than willing to help me out and stay on top them. I recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and have been searching for a return exchange portal that suits my businesses' returns policy. My key priority was to have it as flexible as possible for my customers to ensure that they have a smooth shopping experience (especially being able to exchange for OTHER products not just variants). I tested about 20 other apps via the Shopify App Store and all were either really limited in features or did not have the right support. I'm really happy to have come across Return Prime as their customer service is also top-notch. The reply to all my queries instantly and I know my customers will appreciate this portal.
