I get thorough help when i have to do a chat with recurpay, plus the rep makes suggestions how we can better utilize the app as well as help make the changes.

Sinchain was very helpful resolving a customer billing issue. The app itself is easy to use, and my customers appreciate that they can manage their subscriptions without my help.

I’m not sure where to begin. Our company started out 5 yrs ago with Bold and we were happy. All of a sudden they wanted to upgrade there app and nothing worked the same. So I researched apps that was compatible to Shopify. Recurpay stood out from all the rest. I emailed them about my issue with my previous app. They set up a live video chat right away. I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag.
