I’m not sure where to begin. Our company started out 5 yrs ago with Bold and we were happy. All of a sudden they wanted to upgrade there app and nothing worked the same. So I researched apps that was compatible to Shopify. Recurpay stood out from all the rest. I emailed them about my issue with my previous app. They set up a live video chat right away. We discussed what I wanted out of a subscription app and they assured me they would be a great fit. In less then a week our company was up and running smoothly again. I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag. I tried their chat and to my surprise 'Sinchain' jumped on the issue and fixed it in real time. Then, their friendly "Is there anything else I can do for you?" just sold me completely. Their Customer Success is very responsive and kind. They actually take into consideration your feedback and build features that make the product better. There are still some things about Recurpay that need to change in order for them to be the only solution for our business, but I believe that they will become that solution. I recommend.

Really enjoy the option to have subscriptions for my products, especially useful for those who need a recurring supply. The support is very quick to respond and aid with customization as well. I enjoy that it will alert you to "Update" subscriptions should a product change with a previous subscription attached to it.
