日本の定期購入アプリではShopifyの新しいマイページが使えませんが、こちらのアプリでは使えます。デフォルトが英語なのでUI表示されるテキストはすべて日本語に翻訳する必要がありますが、その手間を考慮しても非常に優れた定期購入アプリだと思います。 わからないことやこうしたいけどできない！ということがあるときはチャットでサポートに伝えればいつも迅速に対応いただけていて非常満足しています！

PRETTY GOOD AT MANAGING MY SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR MY ONLINE MEMBERSHIP GROUP. I USE THIS FOR FACEBOOK INSTEAD OF A PLATFORM LIKE PATREON (WHICH I HAVE USED IN THE PAST). PRETTY SIMPLE TO SET UP AND KEEP TRACK OF NEW OR CANCELED SUBS.

This is the worst possible subscription app. Every few months it just bugs out and randomly charges multiple subscribers twice, or generates an order on the subscription day AND the day after. We've lost several customers over this - you can't just charge people's bank accounts and overdraft them without consequences. It's all because this is a catastrophically terrible app. This app WILL harm your business irreparably.

I had a great experience with the support team when I asked about moving subscribers from one store to another. They were very helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy to understand. It really saved me a lot of time and stress. Big thanks to Sinchain—you did an amazing job! I was in a bind trying to figure out how to navigate all the buttons, widgets and links that Shopify has to offer...then it dawned on me that I could request help from the support team. Admittedly, I only expected to get AI obt support or some sort of email that advises me that someone will respond in 24-48 hours. Nope. The rep "Sinchain" was live and in chat ready to serve and I know it saved me several frustrating hours (and even some money)! 5 out of 5 Star Service.

Very few issues on install. Customers started to use the subscription feature right away! (Staff is helpful with one issue we currently have)

It’s not just software—it’s practically a business partner. What impressed me most was their exceptional customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely confident entrusting them with such a critical part of my business. They migrated my Yotpo subscriptions in under 24 hours, and the onboarding process was both professional and genuinely caring.
