I was so stressed when i realized that my customers were having issues managing their subscriptions. I'm not 'tech savvy' and scared I would mess up my settings somehow and crash my entire store if I did anything wrong. NOPE!!!! Recurpay, along with an amazing employee named Sinchain came to the rescue. Within minutes the correction was made. So smooth! These guys are superb. A minor problem was corrected within a day, over the chat function, and honestly - I couldn't be happier with their service. That's not to mention the app, which is superb in itself and does everything I want it to do (specifically, customers can subscribe on any day in a month, and the subscription is taken again on the 1st of the next month and every month after). You won't regret using this app!

Amazing customer service, AJ has been a live saver in so many ways. Definitely recommend this service over any other service.

App had so many bugs, lost me a few customers. It stopped charging some customers randomly, or charged them alot more - which caused outrage for them. Only reason I will give this a 2 star is that the support team was good, but until the app bugs are fixed and due to losing money/subscribers as it didnt work (Did not get any compesantion for this) - I will give it 2 stars.
