Very friendly support and the app's functionality is amazing!

I’ve been using ReConvert for about three years, and while I initially had concerns—especially after changes to the thank-you pages impacted some features—I have to say the support team really came through. After reaching out again, they were super responsive, helped me resolve the issues, and even restored key features like surveys that I thought were gone for good. The app is back to working smoothly, and I’m already seeing value again. It's clear they’re committed to keeping the app updated and their customers happy. The support team is fast and helpfull. The app's features are truly useful. Being able to suggest products at the checkout page was exactly what we are looking for. I'm sure it will play a big role in increasing revenue and conversions

I cannot in good conscience give more than 1 star to any service provider that repeatedly spams via email for reviews (up to 2 times is acceptable, 5+ is not since I cannot "unsubscribe" from receiving more). But if you're still reading this, the app works as intended and editing the upsell pages is pretty straightforward.

Not worth it so far. I've been using this app for three years and have seen literally no return on it. Even the support team refuses to provide an appropriate refund. Many features no longer work due to the new thank-you pages, such as surveys. I'm seriously considering uninstalling this tool.

Shafta helped me set up reconvert, I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me in a meaningful way, rather than just send me instructions that I don’t understand. She was fantastic!
