I'm a new user, but I can say that Riya and Saumya have provided phenomenal customer service and support and walked me through the process and each question I have. This reinforced my trust in the product, as my experience has been that the greater the customer service, the greater the product! I'm excited to incorporate this into our store.

support is very responsive and helpful, i wish they had an interface where you can customize the colors and looks of the widgets whithout going through the shopify editor but i guess that's something they can work on after,
