I have just installed the app, so I can't review yet the effectiveness of the app. At first, the installation wasn't straightforward and slightly confusing, to be honest, but Alex and Saumya were both great and helped me set up everything, step by step. It looks like it is working, so I am looking forward to getting plenty of upsells to increase my AOV! Fingers crossed!

The plugin is highly functional and extremely user-friendly and convenient to use. Different purchase conditions and logic configurations can be set based on different pages. The customer service responds promptly, resolves issues promptly, is available 24/7, and is extremely friendly. A very good plugin.

After experiencing some billing confusion tied to Shopify's less-than-clear invoicing format, I initially left a negative review out of frustration. In hindsight, I want to recognize just how thoroughly and professionally the ReConvert team handled everything. Avraham and the team responded quickly, refunded all incorrect charges the same day we spoke, and proactively moved us to their free-for-life plan as promised. Even when a minor discrepancy (€2.17) emerged due to currency conversion, they didn’t hesitate — they credited the difference immediately to ensure we were made completely whole. What truly stood out was the transparency and human touch throughout. Their CEO and CTO were directly involved, and Avraham followed up multiple times with detailed explanations and screenshots. They went above and beyond to make things right — and they did it all with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Support like this is rare. The issue was ultimately on Shopify’s side, not ReConvert’s, and yet they still took full responsibility for clearing it up. I’m reinstalling the app and am happy to recommend them wholeheartedly.
