ReConvert offers an easy setup process and excellent support. Saumya from the ReConvert team guided me through the entire onboarding process, providing hands-on assistance.

Shafta was a great help when I had issues and helped me resolve all problems. Even my small asks she helped tremendously.

Well, I started out assuming this App would be very intuitive and I watched several YouTubes and was trying to figure it out and about gave up when I saw a chat window pop and and Shafta asked me if I needed help. I was truly amazed that Shafta was a real person and not a stupid AI bot (those are rarely helpful). She was amazing- understood what we were looking for and even created little videos. She, and ReConvert App, has restored my faith in humanity w/ help in tech related products. Looking forward to using this App more. THANK YOU!

New version of the app is simpler to use but currently lacks some of the more advanced filtering logic needed. Personally I have reverted to the old version of the app until the new one can do what I need. Support is always good, especially Saumya who is always on hand to help!
