What a pathetic experience. This is so expensive and they just charge me 101 USD for 13 days even usage in this period was almost zero. I have just uninstall the app and never going to use it. when there is no transparency. Please stay from this app.

complete scammers. they take money from your store even though their app doesn't work "Riya" especially ignored me for weeks even though I told her the app is not working on my store. they said they would fix it and 1 week later I texted again they forgot, but they did not forget to charge me for 5-7 dollars because I had sales. "Shafta" is talking as if it was my fault and she only replies when they charge you some kind of money. Complete rip off. (The upsell app does not even show for my clients btw) total disappointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This app charged me USD 29 even though it wasn't in 'active' status and had not generated a single dollar for me. I requested a refund and was denied. It's outright theft. There should be no charges if the application is not ACTIVATED

Very bad support. Very slow responses. I had a technical issue and waited more than two days, and still, no one assisted.

Pricing is super confusing. When it says you'll be charged based on usage fees, I would think that means for the actual app itself making me money. In the 6 months I had the app I only got 3 upsell orders but but they were charging me every month sometimes as high as $14.99 in usage fees and I'm not sure for what. So any extra money I made on the upsells went back to them and beyond. How are you charging people for sales you didn't make? And the flows are not easy to setup at all. Going to go back to honeybear upsells.

Charged me for over a year when the app was never used. They won't refund for it, for some reason, despite no usage at all.

Completely un-user friendly. The quick set up has been removed so it required a confusing manual set up only. The help videos they offered still referred to the quick set up and so completely unhelpful.

You should clearly say that in order to use this app for a checkout-upsell, you have to be using the Shopify PLUS plan for 2.300$ per month.. You wasted my time.

Don't know if app works actually. I installed it but didn't even activate any functionality (app not working actually, not fully installed, neither with the access to the information it needed) and even though, charges where made. Customer success does not exist, and when we escalated to the app team, the answer was some kind of "terms and conditions were clear, you didn't use it, there is nothing I can do, and we will not refund anything, even if you didn't fully install the app". After all, we build most of the functionality the app promised from our side with the check out extensibility (I dont know if better of worst than the app, I didn't even used it!)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We saw some extra charge on our billing statement, and reached out to understand why. The customer service was BEYOND unhelpful, simply copy-pasting their FAQ about general pricing. Was not able to confirm which plan we were on, what charge we were supposed to have on a monthly basis, and what was the extra charges applied there, except that it's "dynamic pricing". When I try to find the cancel subscription button, it was also invisible. They will charge extra for something you don't even know, and they won't do anything about it when you ask basic questions. So if you want to have extra surprises charges on your statement, and no clues as to why, please choose this app.

terrible rip off

Would have put zero if if was possible. The app is a complete joke. 1. Most clients were not shown with the offers. 2. Multi currency is according to the customer support not supported by the app BUT few clients in multi were showned the offers. 2. Post purchase is not compatible if you have discount on your store. Customer service is really trying their best to solve problems but the app just sucks. The dev team definetly needs to work harder.
