We desperately wanted this app to work for us. Support team would disappear for weeks or months at a time and was never able to fully sync transactions through without errors resulting in a significant amount of time manually reviewing, editing or deleting transactions. Developer has since billed us nearly $1000 and we have had to stop integration and delete all invoices as a result of ongoing syncing issues Requests for refunds or resolving issues were ignored despite repeated efforts. Sadly cannot recommend.

I would recommend this app, which works perfectly most of the time. There is an online Chat helpline if you have any problems and the team are pretty quick to respond.

This app saves me a lot of time by automatically creating Xero invoices for my monthly Shopify & Paypal Xero bank reconciliations. Simple to set up but also really configurable. Hard to fault. And any issues are almost immediately resolved by the support team.

Very good app if you have lots of reconciliations to do, easy to use. If from some reason something goes wrong, which happens rarely, there is a help line with a speedy reply.

I have converted from Quickbooks to Xero recently and was looking for a new Shopify Integration app. The Reconcile.ly team have been really helpful with any mapping issues.

Works great, great help in syncing orders and payments (for paypal and other payments) to xero. Especially the country mapping option is ideal for EU merchants having to deal with every different VAT rate. Support might take some time to get, but is top notch once received.
