It has great features with AI for the product recommendations, as well as FBT and even top sellers. So it gives each user on the website a different experience tailored for that client. I am really happy with the Wiser app. I like the different AI features it has for product recommendations and suggestions but yet you still also have manual control if you need it as well. The support team is amazing and always responsive with any help or questions I have. Wiser is a great app with great customer support. The worked with us to carefully design each module in alignment with our Site theme and are super responsive whenever we had an issue. Definitely recommend - especially for smaller companies looking to implement AI functionality.

Very good app with plenty of valuable features. Wish the cart drawer upsell didn't require a manual code and was also available in the free version instead of a paid subscription. Despite that, the free plan under 50 orders per month is very reasonable. Overall a must-have for any store.

Installed the app, had to approve the monthly charge before I could even use it (so much for a free plan) which I declined. Read more reviews and FAQs to see that their billing is based off of total monthly orders on your store. Including orders that their app may not have had any part in generating the sale. How is that even justifiable? You say there's analytics of what the app helped sell in a store, so why isn't billing based off that? I mean really...what a scam.

Very good application. Especially the upsell and recommendation widgets are very successful. Also, their customer support service is very fast and very helpful. There is almost nothing they can't do and they are more than willing to do whatever you ask.

I found the app quite easy to navigate and integrate but then had a pop up chat that helped me refine my offering, which was amazing!

Great app and not least a very helpful team that is ready to help when needed. This app has my highest recommendations. The only downside is that it has not been translated into Danish yet, but you can sit down and translate the individual main texts yourself without much difficulty.
