Had some problems with app features but Ankit reached out and booked a Google meet and took care of all my issues. Most apps do not take their service to that level but Wiser does. I am really happy with the Wiser app. I like the different AI features it has for product recommendations and suggestions but yet you still also have manual control if you need it as well. Wiser is a great app with great customer support. The worked with us to carefully design each module in alignment with our Site theme and are super responsive whenever we had an issue. Definitely recommend - especially for smaller companies looking to implement AI functionality.

Very good app with plenty of valuable features. Wish the cart drawer upsell didn't require a manual code and was also available in the free version instead of a paid subscription. Despite that, the free plan under 50 orders per month is very reasonable. Overall a must-have for any store.
