I was trying to do the sync myself and the agent Arianne offered to help me, which was amazing, it saved me time and to go all over to find tutorials to make sure I'm doing a good job, since this is not my expertise.

I have to say that Joseph was great at helping me with this app and has patience. I'm new to this process of integrating my Shopify with my Square. I was having issues with Shopify items showing up in my Square terminal. It was becoming a pain. As I could see the items on my PC Square site, but nothing on my Square terminal. I was about to give up on this app as it wasn't going to work for me. Joseph took his time mirrored my PC and figured out the issue I was having. QuickSync for Square makes it easy to sync inventory from your Shopify site to Square POS and if you have issues, customer service is great! Joseph is extremely professional and helped me get my inventory synced when I ran into an issue. I highly recommend this app!

Superb customer service. Joseph was so incredibly helpful. He did the whole sync for me and answered all of my questions. It couldn't have been more seamless. I've been trying to find an effective app to syn my brick and mortar store to a website for almost a year, working with a developer, it was a nightmare.
