I recently added QuickSync on my Shopify platform, as I still use Square for my physical shop, but the website has been moved from Square to Shopify, so a sync between the two platforms was a key feature to add in order to keep inventory level right. I needed help setting up my QuickSync, as there wasn't a perfect match between the products lists on the two platforms and Khaled did an amazing job helping me navigate on this matter. He's also carrying out some work on the background to make sure that the Shopify & Square products list match perfectly at the end of the process, deleting any duplicated products, so I've very very happy!
