Joseph was super helpful with all the questions I had during setup, but ultimately I couldn't get the app to work. The app couldn't sync our products that had multiple variations (even though they had different SKU's), and it ended up deleting our inventory from our second location on Shopify. I had to reach out to the customer service a lot, and they would perform a lot of fixes on their end, but it was a very manual process that took time. I was hoping for a more seamless integration. We used the app for a month but decided not to move forward with it as it was causing errors in our inventory across Square and Shopify.
