We just switched from Klaviyo to Brevo/PushOwl—mainly for price, but also because we were running into some deliverability issues and weren’t getting the support we needed. We haven’t even sent a single email through Brevo yet, but based on the onboarding experience alone, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Aritra was our onboarding specialist, and hands down, it was the best customer support experience I’ve had in my entire career. He didn’t just help us get set up—he gave me a full crash course on email deliverability and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success. Oh, by the way, the call was at 2am his time. That level of commitment is rare, and it honestly blew me away.
