I haven't been using the app for long, this review is more for the customer service. I had some issues with an import, which I couldn't resolve. The support was very good and the problem was fixed in a single session. The app itself is easy to use and has a wealth of features. I also use the Google Shopping Feed app, so keeping with Simprosys products seems like a good idea as the interfaces are similar.

I found this product is simple to use, there's still room for improvement to become a greater product. Supporting staff is helpful and friendly. But, there's no importing function for reviews from Amazon, eBay store, which their competitor is offering. I am still on a free plan, and I wont be paying until ebay/amazon import is available, it is critical for a start-up to have this.
