Protectly has been a great addition to our store. As an apparel brand, we deal with occasional shipping issues and this app has taken a huge load off our support team. Claims are handled quickly, customers get fast resolutions, and we don’t have to cover the cost of reships or refunds. Plus, the delivery insights are a nice bonus for our ops team. Easy to install, works well, and makes us look good when things go wrong. Highly recommend!
