Works really well and when we wanted to change the custom packing slip the developer helped very quickly and solved our issues

I have been using the WebShopAssist DPD integratipn on my 4 websites for about 5 years now. I've never had a single issue with it. It always works as expected and the customisations available on the order list are so helpful. What's most important to me for a Shopify app is the support available and I can hand on heart say that Bogdan has been so helpful with anything I have needed. This app is great and so too is the support we have received. We are using this app in conjunction with the Postcode Shipping app. We have been able to create a wide range of shipping options based on the order value, location & weight. These have all been mapped to dedicated DPD services to avoid any manual sorting. Highly recommend!
