I really wanted to continue using this app, but the pricing structure is unreasonable compared to other options on the market. The cost keeps increasing as your order volume grows, which means you end up paying more and more just to use the same features. For context, I was already paying $20/month, and then got a warning that my plan would be paused unless I upgraded to $60/month — even though I only use one feature of the app. To me, that’s excessive, especially when I’ve now found another app that offers the exact same features for just $8/month. I even reached out to customer support to ask if I could remain on my current plan, but never received a response. The lack of flexibility and customer care, combined with the steep pricing, makes it hard to recommend this app. Especially as a small business owner, I know how difficult it is to find the right tools to help grow. Apps like this end up breaking your bank before you even get the chance to grow, and the pricing feels like an excessive burden. Unless they reconsider their pricing model, I would suggest looking into alternatives that offer the same functionality at a fraction of the cost.

Even if a customer only buys one item, their bundle credit is used up. You have to buy the most expensive version to use this plugin, which is a load of crap.

Fantastic customer service, Gyte is awesome! Koala upsell has increased our AOV and helped decrease our Pick/Pack and last mile delivery charges as a bonus.

Spent over 30 minutes building a bundle with different products, thinking I could connect each variant to its specific SKU so my supplier would know exactly what to ship. Turns out Koala doesn’t support that. It just applies a discount with no real SKU tracking. Total waste of time

Koala is the best and most user friendly bundle app I tryed. While it's missing some basic quality of life features like moving the tiers order around the quality support makes up for it, quickly opening feature requests and solving other problems one has quickly. For example I had a problem with the bundles taking time to load and Max from support swiftly solved my issue making the bundles load instantly.

I like the app but i recommend getting variant parts colors fixing and box fixing as it looks a little bit unprofessional. Also Max was of great help, shout out to max

Wow! Koala is a super easy to navigate all-in-one bundle and volume app perfect for my store which focuses on customization. Louie was on hand to test set-up and ensure everything was running smoothly. I have custom coding in my product page which the app easily accommodated and Louie took the time to investigate. BIG advantage and after testing a dozen or so other bundlers this was the only one with all the features I needed. Easy. Simple. Effective!
