Great app for bundles, easy to use and Gyte really helped me solving a problem. so shoutout to Gyte and this great app

Hands down the best damn app we’ve found for volume discounts and wholesale pricing. The support team actually shows up, does the job, and does it right. Glad to be rolling with them, and I’d recommend this app to anyone who’s serious about leveling up their pricing and offerings.

Koala is hands down the best bundling app I’ve used (and I’ve tried plenty). The customization options are unmatched, and the interface is super easy to navigate. The customer-facing UI looks great, and Max was incredibly helpful—quick to respond and made setting up my bundles fast and effortless!

Max was very helpful and did his job quickly , he was able to help me and pointed something out that Shopify had changed, it was nothing actually to do with the koala app , sharp person , thanks again Max

Gyte was incredible. Walked me through a variety of options to make sure I had all the information I needed to be thoroughly informed. She's awesome!

So far this app has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to other apps that offer similar functionality. It worked flawlessly with our theme, discounts were applied without incurring extra charges and the pricing is far more acceptable for our requirements than some of the others. The support offered by Max was effectively an immediate response time and he was able to answer our questions and suggest alternatives. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie. Oi Oi Oi.

I would dearly love to give this company a 5 star as they have been good to us and we benefitted from using the app. The reason for the 3 star is that it took me well over 2 hours over several occasions to try and resolve an issue that was eventually fixed. It should not take this long to EXPLAIN a problem. Anyway I hope to give it a 5 start next time.
