Variants show as separate lines in the cart and do not show the total amount on the product page
Some minor specific requests such as viewing add-on products on their own product page, seeing corresponding images at checkout, adjustable/selectable variations for add-on products, and visible discounts for savings are not yet implemented
Checkout allows customers to delete extra price options which can negate the added upsell functionality

This is the best app I tried for product options and file upload. Also, best customer support I've had with this type of app too.
