An employee of the company persistently contacted me, urging me to delete or change my one-star review after my initial frustrations with the app. They reached out via email, WhatsApp, and even called me directly, which I found rather unusual and somewhat uncomfortable, especially given how easy it is to switch to another app. Originally, the app caused issues, breaking both my homepage and product page, leading me to uninstall it. However, after giving it a second chance, the app worked well, and I am currently using the free plan. Despite the app’s eventual functionality, my initial negative experience and the follow-up behavior from the company left a lasting impression.
