We have been using BoostCommerce Search & Filter widgets for a few years now and we are extremely pleased with their product features and top notch customer service support team.

The support team that comes with this plugin is truly next level. The response time, the availability, the patience, and the level of patience is truly unmatched with some of the support teams I've dealt with in the past. When it comes to styling and functionality, there are some limits with this plugin. It's nothing absolutely crazy to the point where your store becomes unusable... But if you wanna get real fancy, there will be limits. However that's not a problem in the SLIGHTEST. Because if you have a design planned already, and you have an exact vision of your design... You can just request the support team to help you out with this. The level of speed these guys will implement them too is ridiculous. GREAT GREAT GREAT plugin for your store. 10/10 recommend. Not only is the support team outstanding, so is the depth of this plugins functionality. I had the pleasure of getting help from "Camille" and "Charlie". Great people, great team, great software.

From 1 star to 5 star. Team switched to being incredibly resourceful and willing to customize and assist with many of our requests (improvements). Kudos to them. Keep this pace up! **previous 1star review** Sometimes you get such an idiotic support you question yourself if they’re unqualified or trolling you. Then in the middle of the conversation they disappear from their live chat for sometimes hours.

I use this filter plugin across nine of my Shopify stores and I can confidently say it’s the best filter solution out there. It works flawlessly on both desktop and mobile. With mobile being so important these days, that’s a big plus. Setting up the filters can be a bit tricky at first, but the support team is fantastic. They’re responsive, knowledgeable and really help make sure everything integrates smoothly across desktop and mobile. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-supported filter plugin, I can highly recommend this one.
