I really wanted to love this app. The concept is brilliant, and I truly believe the developer and support team did their best to accommodate my requests – they were responsive and tried to help. But the reality is, this app is simply not ready for use in a live store. Despite its potential, the app was buggy, unpredictable, and difficult to rely on. It caused issues with my product pages, preview functions often failed, and the customisation experience for my customers was far from smooth. As much as I appreciate the effort behind it, this kind of app should not be released until it's fully tested and functional. A broken customiser does more harm than good, and unfortunately, that was the case here. I sincerely hope the developers continue improving it – but for now, I cannot recommend it.

They promised to refund the money tomorrow, then as soon as the money would reach the account, and so on, but in the end they never refunded it. I asked them several times, and every time they said “tomorrow, tomorrow.” You can keep the money; this is a warning for other buyers. Regarding the app: + Support responds and helps with setup - Doesn’t work with variable products - Doesn’t adapt to needs, very few settings - Does not cover personalization needs due to lack of features, especially if the product is variable.

You can't change the color of the t-shirt which is a basic option that is supposed to be included, but it was confirmed to me that its not available at this moment. You need to wait for them to fix some bugs in a few weeks... So it does not do what is advertised.

A very useless app, honeestly. Even tho i could not use it because it did not have the features it promised, I installed ii almost immediately and still got charged for it. Very bad experience. If zero star exists, that's what you deserve.

The SB Custom Product Personalizer app consistently underperforms. Throughout our use, the app repeatedly froze, crashed, and failed to load critical features. Functionality was inconsistent, with key elements like layer previews, image rendering, and custom text inputs breaking without explanation or any apparent fixes in updates. Numerous bugs persisted across different browsers and devices, indicating deep-rooted issues in the codebase. There was no visible quality assurance or regression testing behind releases. Even basic tasks like saving custom designs or syncing changes would stall or trigger error messages. Communication with support was inefficient and disorganised. Response times were slow, and technical inquiries were often met with vague or copy-paste replies. Follow-ups would go unanswered for days, and tickets were closed prematurely without resolution. The onboarding that was promised during signup was inadequate. It lacked structure, depth, and professionalism. We were left with minimal guidance and had to troubleshoot the platform largely on our own. Overall, the product felt like an unfinished prototype rather than a dependable, production-level solution.

I installed the app to see if it will work for my store. They said if something is wrong they will give me a refund directly. The app didn't meet my needs, I uninstalled it shortly after but I still need to pay them for this.
