Apart from certain features being slightly harder to configure, the app has been really great. The customer service is also excellent; we had a minor issue for which we contacted the team and they solved it very fast.

I really wanted to love this app. The concept is brilliant, and I truly believe the developer and support team did their best to accommodate my requests – they were responsive and tried to help. But the reality is, this app is simply not ready for use in a live store. Despite its potential, the app was buggy, unpredictable, and difficult to rely on. It caused issues with my product pages, preview functions often failed, and the customisation experience for my customers was far from smooth. As much as I appreciate the effort behind it, this kind of app should not be released until it's fully tested and functional. A broken customiser does more harm than good, and unfortunately, that was the case here. I sincerely hope the developers continue improving it – but for now, I cannot recommend it.

The support Priyanka is very fast and will help with everything. The add-on is exactly what I was looking for. The price is great. I recommend it.

The app looks promising for simple, one-off products without variants, but it feels a bit limited when it comes to more dynamic like the price. For example, the image bank is only available in English, and there are no ready-to-use templates. That said, the team is responsive and open to developing custom features if needed, which is definitely a plus.

They promised to refund the money tomorrow, then as soon as the money would reach the account, and so on, but in the end they never refunded it. I asked them several times, and every time they said “tomorrow, tomorrow.” You can keep the money; this is a warning for other buyers. Regarding the app: + Support responds and helps with setup - Doesn’t work with variable products - Doesn’t adapt to needs, very few settings - Does not cover personalization needs due to lack of features, especially if the product is variable.

I had such high hopes for this app. The concept is beautiful but the functionality is not. The issue begins with response time on getting help off on weekends and not available during normal hours make it hit and miss. Moving on the next issue is the app has issues functioning on phones and tablets. Which these days are how the world operates. They tell me everything is fine on there end but what does it matter if the customer can’t use it. I tried to fix it by paying for the better package but it’s all the same. Some pictures up load some don’t same file type. Controlling the design area not easy. I’ve spent months working with it and I’ve finally given up. Sorry for the two stars but people should know what they are paying for. Wouldn’t care if it was free but this hasn’t been worth the money.

This App has upscaled my site. Minor hiccups were quickly resolved. I am thoroughly looking forward to the new upload quality feature that has been introduced to fulfill customer orders.

You can't change the color of the t-shirt which is a basic option that is supposed to be included, but it was confirmed to me that its not available at this moment. You need to wait for them to fix some bugs in a few weeks... So it does not do what is advertised.
