We have been looking for an app that will do everything that this one does! So far it has exceeded our expectations and have been able to cancel 3 other apps that we have to update each time we add a product that needed a custom order item. If in doubt please try them! Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.
