This application appears to be everything I need for custom product orders. It offers uploads on all types of data and was very easy to install. I had one quick question for customer service and they replied very quickly during regular business hours.

I'm so excited about this app! We are running a fundraiser on Shopify (for certain products) and I couldn't figure out a way to collect info that gives credit to those driving traffic.
