You can also showcase questions on the front end in case someone else also has a similar query.

This is a great app other than it needs a better admin area to see a record of the answers as well as what product page it comes from. This can be out of control if you have over 100 products that need answering. Be sure to keep track of all the question links or they will be lost. The email notifications are not 100% either. Will give a 5 star if this changes...

Highly recommended app! Places the ask a question button on all product pages and, when clicked, seamlessly scrolls down and opens up the ask a question entry screen. I had an issue where it would not scroll down a day after install, and Ankit fixed it for me after I shared my Theme with him. Es justo lo que estaba buscando. Puedes usarlo a modo de FAQ para tus productos y también das al usuario la oportunidad de que plantee sus dudas sobre el producto y publicarlas junto con una respuesta para ayudar a futuros clientes en la toma de decisiones. Además mejora el SEO de los productos ya que agregas contenido a la ficha de producto de una forma colaborativa. Muy buen soporte y disposición por parte del desarrollador.
