OMG! What can I say about Privy to convince you to use them over the other guys? Well first off their platform is super easy to use and very user-friendly. Honestly, the highlight for me though is customer service. Carley is the best thing since sliced bread!! Before Privy I was with ActiveCampaign then Klaviyo. I left Klaviyo for a variety of reasons (nothing against them). I went to Privy and absolutely LOVED it! I stayed with them for about a year and unfortunately had to move my website from Shopify to Woocommerce so I couldn't use them any longer. That only lasted for about nine months and I ran back to Privy! Haha. They were happy to have me back and help me get everything set up again. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend using Privy over the other platforms. And, the icing on the cake is that they deeply care about your experience as a customer and your suggestions. Just go with Privy – you'll thank me later!

Terrible terms and conditions and too expensive.
I subscribed for a $105 plan, it was working fine but I found similar apps are much and works the same. So I decided to unsubscribe it before they charge me for the next cycle, and they terminate everything instantly. While I had so many other subscriptions, usually they would still let you to use till the next cycle. This is the first time they terminate it instantly. I still have more than two weeks left , talked to CS, no help. They said it's in their condition, wasted my money.
