Thanks to their help, everything is working perfectly now — including Japanese translation. Highly recommended for stores handling both pre-order and in-stock items.

Great customer service

Great app for collecting pre-orders and customer service, but be aware of Quick Add function on your store. It doesn't sync through with the app as pre-ordered product.
