Really great experience with this app! The support team is super helpful, especially Rosie. She was with me from the start, helping me test everything in our mock store and even guiding me through the entire setup in our main store. I appreciate how patient and thorough she was. This is the best pre-order app that we have ever used. It has all of the options that we need and works perfectly. We had some questions and a custom request and Rosie was able to do it in minutes. Highly recommend! Support is attentive and fast.
