I had some installation issues on a second website of ours. The support team was right on it. They had the issue fixed in no time. Highly recommend for the app for functionality and the great support.

Absolutely wonderful team. Unfortunately, the App is very buggy, too many issues appear all the time. The support was great and tried to help all the time, but this doesn't resolve the faulty and buggy App issues. Very sad.. Not recommended for professional use.

Good support, open for new ideas and features. App is stable and fast, fits our needs. Update: 23.01.2025 - Unfortunately the App is not really stable and still has many bugs. The support is great and really trying to resolve issues, but one step forward, two steps back... The App might be good in future, but currently I can't recommend it.

Probably the best reviews app out there. Paul and the support team are so quick to help. The app looks great with plenty of styles to choose from. I managed to migrate over from Yotpo within 15 minutes, was as simple as uploading a CSV!

So far so good - really good customer support which is necessary for an app like this - I think its tremendously valuable to be able to import and use reviews from other platforms it makes the reviews themselves a lot more valuable to be able to use them universally. Great idea

Opinew Product Reviews is the best app and it has excellent service. The process to import reviews was easy and quick and Emira, the support staff from Opinew was very helpful.

Opinew es súper fácil de instalar y súper fácil de configurar según tus necesidades. También, y esto es lo mejor de todo, es que tienen un chat de servicio al cliente abierto para cuando requieras de asistencia. A mi me atendieron en menos de 2 minutos y Adna, la chica de servicio al cliente que me atendió, resolvió mi duda también en menos de 2 minutos. Mi duda era cómo eliminar las estrellas en la página principal, pero sin eliminarlas en las páginas de los productos. Excelente app y excelente servicio.

Terrible support. Been waiting for help for more than two weeks. Not only the issue wasn't resolved, but the contacted support wouldn't reply for a week.

Better than Judge.me for sure the support is excellent, was using judge me for 2 years but they started acting up and trying to force me to pay for every little interaction
