Been paying $5 a month for years only to figure out that they have sent 0, yes ZERO, messages all of these years. 6,000+ messages have been pending. I expect them to reach out to me in this case and explain there is an issue instead of me having to figure out that thier app is not working. I am sure they will claim that I didn't do setup correctly or didn't do some action but why take my money all of these years and do nothing to help me?

The free version has a lot of functions including multilanguage which is very nice. It's just: I installed it yesterday and already encountered so many problems. I am constantly chatting with the support and it's slowing me down.

Fantastic experience so far! I had an intro call with Tarik Selimović to learn about the widget and ask some questions – he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I then installed the widget into my theme. After using some of the customisation options available, I contacted Tarik by email to ask for some extra help – to align the widget with my branding (I wanted to make some extra changes, over and above the immediately available customisation options in the app). He was very efficient and passed my request onto the correct team straight away. In almost no time at all, I now have a customised widget that looks great on my website. Super happy. Thank you!

Disappointing app. It's not built for Shopify at all. Unable to trigger any Shopify flow (including emails). Integrations are super limited. App is unable to request first name in any form - only email.

The importance of back in stock notifications is VERY important to me as we sell-out and continually have new items arriving monthly. The app is important and fortunately the team has been helpful as well the few times I've needed assistance they are quick to reply and resolve.

The installation of this app was quick and easy. I don't have a standard Shopify theme so it required some coding to be done by the SC team, they did it quickly, efficiently and asked me every step of the way if i was happy. I couldn't recommend the team and the app enough.

This app does what it needs to do and the support from Sela the product manager has been great when we needed it! Would recommend if looking for a restock notification app that supports both email and SMS.

Switched to SC Back In Stock Restock Alert after our previous app's pricing was way too high for our notification request needs. I needed some custom design help, and the customer service is 5/5. Amina and Nejra helped me with all my questions and specific needs, and everything was done within one working day. Easy to set up and translations available for the widget is a plus, but unfortunately translations aren't available for the emails to customers. Because of that and limited customizing possibilities for the emails, I gave 4 stars. But I'm quite confident those features will become available in the future.
