Janani was very helpful assisting me with setting up the Pickeasy app via video call. He definitely made set up a breeze!

Siva provided me with excellent service throughout the live chat and the Zoom meeting he offered when I couldn't resolve the issue myself. He took his time to help me with the problem and was incredibly thoughtful throughout the process. Additionally, he offered great advice and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. His dedication and attentiveness made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his effort and expertise! I highly recommend Siva for his outstanding support and helpfulness.

So far so good. Easy to set up. Veena helped make sure we're set up properly and suggested some good modifications to help improve delivery confirmation to customers.

Jenifer J., a representative of the customer success team, was extremely helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and walked me through the whole process on how Pickeasy works! You do have to upgrade to the $10 a month plan to actually use it on your online store. Although, it does allow you to try the upgraded version for 14 days before you are charged. You can cancel prior to the 14th day and not be charged if it doesn’t work for you. I think this app is worth paying $10 a month to allow my customers flexibility in offering different time slots to choose from for local delivery. It also provides me the flexibility of deciding when I want to be available for local delivery. I hope you find this review helpful! :)
