Omnisend has been a great pal to all the stores I have created so far and also the ones I will create in the future. It simply has all the features you would want to need, and the price is reasonably firm, unlike other competitors who might pump a little more for the same things. One thing is for sure though, I'm really happy with the chat support, which always offers me good solutions to solve my problems, plus, is available at almost any time. I was able to get everything up and running smoothly with no issues. I have been using omnisend for almost 4 years now and I love this company. Customer service is top tier, pricing is good and I am a satisfied client.

Amazing app! Everything just works perfectly, you get access to all features on the Free Plan (<500 emails sent/month), not like many apps there that are technically free but you need to upgrade to be able to do the simplest thing. Customer support is amazing, they reply within 5-10min and their support is 5/5. Will definitely upgrade to the Paid plan once I reach the Free Plan limits. I highly recommend this app for all email marketing things
