I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been great. I have used a few different email automation apps in the past, and they were clunky to work with or didn't have the features I needed. Today, I was trying to do something with my audience segments and couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to the customer service chat for help, not really expecting to get more than what I found in the troubleshooting articles. But I was pleasantly surprised! Kayque was incredibly patient while helping me figure out some logistics when it came to sign-up forms and audience segments. In the end, we were able to find a resolution for my inquiry. He answered all my questions and didn't quit until we figured it out together. I appreciate his determination to ensure I had all the info I needed to achieve my goal. Great customer support, guys!

Mariia was great; super helpful and offered objective advice which suited the need of my brand, rather than the need of the software. Really helpful and would recommend. Omnisend is a great app, and whilst it takes some time to learn your way around it (for me as a new business owner anyway), it really is proving to be a great addition to my company.

The app and layout is very well organized with a clean interface and their chat support is quick to respond with helpful advice and great articles to do a deeper dive into best practices. Omnisend has been a great pal to all the stores I have created so far and also the ones I will create in the future. It simply has all the features you would want to need, and the price is reasonably firm, unlike other competitors who might pump a little more for the same things. One thing is for sure though, I'm really happy with the chat support, which always offers me good solutions to solve my problems, plus, is available at almost any time.
